We like to keep things simple and transparent.
No confusing tiers or surprise add-ons — just a one-time setup to get everything running, followed by an affordable monthly fee that covers all the tools and support you need to run and grow your massage business.
There’s also a small pay-as-you-go usage cost for things like SMS text message reminders (and optional AI features) — we’ll explain that in the final section below.
🛠️ One-Time Setup Fee — £195
Most booking platforms don’t charge a setup fee because they don’t actually set anything up for you.
They give you an empty account and expect you to figure it out — connecting calendars, creating services, forms, automations, reminders, and payment links on your own.
Massage Hero is different. We personally set up your entire system so it’s ready to use from day one. Not only that, but we’ll also review and optimise your Google Business Profile, and even help improve your SEO on your existing website (if you prefer to keep using it).
Here’s what’s included in the setup fee:

Adding your services, session lengths, and prices
Setting up your booking calendar and client forms
Configuring automated reminders, rebooking prompts, and review requests
Reviewing and optimising your Google Business Profile to help your practice appear more prominently in local searches (£99 value)
Improving your website SEO to enhance your visibility and search rankings (£199 value)
A personal onboarding session over Zoom to walk you through your system and make sure you’re confident using it
Testing everything so it’s working perfectly before you go live

The Growth Plan is a done-with-you package, designed to help you steadily improve your local visibility and bookings — with simple, focused guidance that fits your schedule.
You’ll get everything in Essentials, plus:

🤝 Monthly Check-In Call (15 minutes) — a focused Zoom session to review your rankings, booking stats, or small updates you’d like to make

💬 Usage Costs
Because every therapist’s workload is different, we keep SMS text messaging and optional AI features on a simple pay-as-you-go basis.
You stay completely in control — you’ll only pay a little extra when your business is busier (a nice problem to have).
We recommend starting with a £10 top-up, which is often enough to cover at least a month — or even several months — of reminders and confirmations, depending on how many appointments you have.
You can add more credit at any time, and you’ll always see exactly what you’re spending.
🧩 Optional Extras
These add-ons are completely optional — they’re here for therapists who want a little more customisation or flexibility.
🔸 Additional Website Pages — £75 per page
All Massage Hero websites include up to 8 pages as standard.
If you’d like extra pages (for example, for specialist treatments, team bios, or blog content), we can create and design these for you at £75 per page.
🔸 WordPress Website — from £499
Prefer to have a website that’s completely your own?
We can build your Massage Hero site using WordPress, which means it remains yours even if you stop using MassageHero in the future.
Pricing depends on the number of pages and any custom features you’d like, but WordPress websites start at £399 for 8 pages.
🔸 WhatsApp Messaging — £10 per month
If you prefer to send messages through WhatsApp, this can be added to your account for an additional £10/month.
This covers the direct costs charged by the messaging provider, and allows you to send automated appointment reminders, confirmations, and client messages via WhatsApp.
