One-Time Personal Setup - £195
Most software platforms don’t charge a setup fee because they don’t actually set anything up for you.
They give you an empty account and expect you to figure it out — connecting calendars, creating services, building forms, configuring reminders, and wiring up payments on your own.

We setup and configure your entire system so it’s ready to use from day one. Everything is set up properly, tested, and aligned with how massage practices actually operate — so you’re not piecing things together or second-guessing your setup.
As part of your setup, we’ll also review and optimise your Google Business Profile and improve your local visibility — even if you’re keeping your existing website.

Usage Costs
Because every therapist’s workload is different, we keep SMS text messaging and optional AI features on a simple pay-as-you-go basis.
You stay completely in control — you’ll only pay a little extra when your business is busier (a nice problem to have).
We recommend starting with a £10 top-up, which is often enough to cover at least a month — or even several months — of reminders and confirmations, depending on how many appointments you have.
You can add more credit at any time, and you’ll always see exactly what you’re spending.

Additional Website Pages

All Massage Hero websites include up to 8 pages as standard.
If you’d like extra pages (for example, for specialist treatments, team bios, or blog content), we can create and design these for you at £75 per page.
WordPress Website

We can build your Massage Hero site using WordPress, which means it remains yours even if you stop using MassageHero in the future.
Pricing depends on the number of pages and any custom features you’d like, but WordPress websites start at £395 for 8 pages.
WhatsApp Messaging
£10 per month
If you prefer to send messages through WhatsApp, this can be added to your account for an additional £10/month.
This covers the direct costs charged by the messaging provider, and allows you to send automated appointment reminders, confirmations, and client messages via WhatsApp.
WordPress Website
